The term lumbosacral enlargement (SPClse) refers to the combination of the lumbar segment (SPClb) and sacral segment (SPCsc) of the spinal cord (SPC) ( Swanson-2015 ). It is one of two cord enlargements; the other is the cervical segment (SPCce) ( Malas-2000 ). Final 16 Jun 2025.
