The term spinoreticular tract of the medulla refers to the part of the spinoreticular tract in the medulla. Fibers that terminate in the medulla are primarily uncrossed and end upon cells of the gigantocellular reticular nucleus and parts of the lateral reticular nucleus ( Carpenter-1983 ).
