The term areas PG refers to areas of the angular gyrus in the inferior parietal lobule of the parietal lobe defined by multiple criteria in the human. They include area PGp, area PGi, and area PGs. In sum, they are equivalent to area 39 of Brodmann ( Glasser-2016 ).
