sacral parasympathetic cell column

The term sacral parasympathetic cell column refers to a group of cells in the sacral segments (2 to 4) of the spinal cord that extends laterally from the region of the central canal of the spinal cord between the anterior gray column and the posterior gray column ( Crosby-1962 ).
